From the annual SEMA Kick-Off Golf Tournament to the Baja 1000 Trail Ride, M&R creates experiences that build loyalty across the entire distribution chain. We handle logistics, staffing, setup, tear-down, and drayage.

BEHIND THE BRANDS
Nearly 20 years of industry experience spanning desert racing, AEM, and MBRP where Nick ascended to VP of Sales. He led the diversification of MBRP from a diesel specialty into all major aftermarket categories, driving over 10 years of 15% compounded annual growth. A competitive multi-class desert racer for over two decades, Nick’s passion for motorsports is as much a part of his identity as his industry track record. Nick and Jesse have worked together in some capacity for over 20 years — a partnership rooted in a shared love of racing and a belief that brand development needed to be rebuilt from the ground up.
Powersports SpecialistJesse Rohr started at Ford Racing before building a 20+ year career on both sides of the desk in e-commerce and brand development. Recruited to MBRP, he led the complete reimagination of the brand — transitioning it from a diesel specialty product into a full-line lifestyle brand. A serial entrepreneur, sharp creative, and multi-class sports car racer, Jesse brings rare executive relationship management skills and deep industry connections to every M&R partnership.
Sports Car SpecialistCS graduate from University of Oregon with a lifelong motorsports background. Developed AI agents that compress weeks of customer research into hours. Also leads software development for Wrench Connect, an M&R spinoff connecting online retailers with brick-and-mortar dealers.
Southern US AccountsFormer Titleist sales rep and GolfSmith manager, recruited to MBRP on the theory that it’s easier to teach a great salesman about cars than vice versa. A naturalist drawn to the overlanding segment — and the reason M&R wins the industry golf tournaments.
Gas Truck SpecialistEntered the industry in 1992, built a career spanning audio retail, professional athlete vehicle builds, and drag racing before joining AEM and ultimately MBRP. Deep expertise in shows, events, data services, and midwestern market management.
Diesel Truck SpecialistCertified professional engineer with nearly 25 years at Toyota North America including running the TRD product program. Now Director of Engineering at Transamerican Manufacturing Group overseeing Pro-Comp, Smittybilt, G2, Poison Spider, and Rubicon Express.
